Partner or introducer: what changes
What is the difference between a partner and a business introducer?
A partner is a professional listed in the little black book: they pay a Signature or Prestige subscription to be visible, receive qualified files and benefit from an editorial portrait. A business introducer pays nothing: they simply introduce someone from their network with a buying, selling or relocation project, and receive a shared commission if the deal completes.
What happens after I apply?
For both profiles, the process is the same: online application, verification of your insurance and references, a phone call, then our answer. If you are a partner, your listing goes live. If you are an introducer, you receive a reference document and can start introducing files.
Who can become a business introducer?
Anyone: a real estate or yachting professional, a luxury or hospitality expert, a consultant, architect, or a private individual with a good network. What matters is that you know people seriously considering relocating, buying or selling on the French Riviera.
How much does the partner programme cost?
The partner subscription comes in two levels: Signature and Prestige. Pricing is shown higher up on this page. The business introducer has no entry fee or subscription: they are only paid on success, through a shared commission when the deal is signed.
How are leads passed on?
Every lead receives a RivieraBliss reference. We assign it to the most relevant partner based on need type, geographic area and language. Sellers and buyers are never put in direct contact: we centralise introductions to preserve everyone’s confidentiality.
Can I be both a partner and a business introducer?
Yes, many professionals are. If you have a partner subscription, you can also introduce files that do not directly match your own trade and earn an introducer commission. You choose the profile that fits each situation.
