Version 2026-01

1. Purpose: RivieraBliss Living lists selected Côte d'Azur professionals and introduces qualified clients to them. This agreement covers the listing and, where applicable, the introduction fee due to RivieraBliss.
2. Selection and approval: The application is reviewed by RivieraBliss: legal existence, insurance, public reviews and reputation among peers. The listing is published only after written approval by RivieraBliss. An application may be turned down without justification.
3. Listing and invoicing: The chosen plan is yearly, invoiced upon approval and renewed on the anniversary date unless notice is given thirty days before. Optional media work (video portrait, podcast) is invoiced separately.
4. Introduction fee and reference exclusivity: Every routed file carries a RivieraBliss reference. Any business arising from it — sale, mandate, rental, service, including with the client's relatives — stays attached to that reference for twenty-four months and entitles RivieraBliss to the agreed commission, due on signature and collection.
5. Client contact: The partner contacts the client within forty-eight hours and reports back to RivieraBliss. Contact details shared are strictly limited to the file in question and may not feed any prospecting database.
6. Standards and image: The partner commits to a level of service, discretion and presentation consistent with the RivieraBliss image. Repeated shortcomings lead to removal of the listing, with no refund for the current period.
7. Term, data and governing law: The agreement runs for one year from approval and is renewable. Data shared is processed in accordance with the GDPR and kept for the duration of the relationship. French law, courts of Cannes.
